摘要
设计性实验是指学生自行设计实验方案,在教师指导下加以实施的一种实验教学模式。它能充分调动学生的积极性、主动性和创造性,极大地提高学生发现、分析并解决问题的能力。为此,我们以近些年新发生的新型传染性疾病相关病原微生物作为研究对象,将其关键分子的原核表达实验引入医学微生物学实验课的设计性实验教学中,通过阐述实验的组织、实施、教学成果及存在的问题,探讨适用于该课程设计性实验的教学方法和教学组织形式。
Designing experimental is the teaching model in which the students design an experimental protocol and car- ry out it. This kind of model can arouse students＇ enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, and greatly enhance their ability to find, analyze and solve problems. So, we target the recently emerged novel infectious-desease-related microorga- nisms, and introduce the expression of key molecules of these organisms into the designing experimental teaching of medical microbiology, thus to find suitable teaching method and model by illustrating the organization, implement, tea- ching achievements and nroblems.
