摘要
随着各高职院校积极探索转变人才培养模式,形成了许多宝贵的实践经验。本文以广州城建职业学院投资与理财专业(理财规划师方向)人才培养方案展开探讨。为更好地制定人才培养方案提供参考。
With constantly exploring and studying, the vocational colleges have formed a lot ofvaluable practical experience on talent cultivating mode. In order to study deeply, we have discussed the reforms of Investment and Financial Management （Financial Planner） in Guangzhou City Construction College. The paper is attempt to providing a better talent cultivating plan for reference.
