本文根据高等教育发展的要求 ,阐述了高等学校教师继续教育工作的必要性、特点和内容 。
According to the development of higher education,this essay deals with the necessity of teacher's further,education in institutions of higher learning,analysing its characteristics,contents and existing problems,putting forward an approach to how to strengthen the teachers' further education of colleges and universities.
