摘要
针对可控硅触发电路的特点 ,详细分析了环境温度对触发电路的影响 ,使学生在设计触发电路时 ,考虑环境温度的影响 ,使触发电路工作在最佳状态。
In this paper, the influence of environment temperature on thyrister trigger circuit was analysed in details in the light of its characters. In designing trigger circuit, students should consider the effect caused by environment temperature in order to make the circuit work in the best condition.
