摘要 信号检出器由永久磁钢、线圈、放大器、壳体等组成。永久磁钢的材质为铝镍钴,线圈骨架的材质为聚醚砜树脂,壳体采用XR-240灌封胶封装。基于运算放大芯片TLC271A,引入正反馈机制构建放大器电路。放大器具有前置放大和史密特触发器的整形功能,能够直接向用户的二次仪表输出标准方波信号。这种信号检出器灵敏度高、功耗低、结构紧凑、具有良好的抗震和抗干扰能力。采用这种信号检出器的涡轮流量计已经在石油企业应用达八年之久。 The sign permanent magnet, al detector is mainly composed of a a coil, an amplifier, and a body case Alnico is selected as the material of the permanent magnet, PES is as that of the coil framework, and the body case is encapsulated by the glue XR-240. Based on the operationalamplifier TLC271A, the amplifier circuit is constructed with a positive feedback. This amplifier with the functions of a preamplifier and a Smith flip-flop is enabled to output the standard square wave into the secondary instruments of users directly. This signal detector has merits such as higher sensitivity, lower power consumption, compacter frame, anti-knock, and anti-jamming. The turboflowmeters equipped with the signal detectors have been in use in oil field for more than 8 years
