树枝状聚L-丙交酯-dendron-聚乙二醇-dendron-聚L-丙交酯的降解性能

摘要 利用石英晶体微天平(QCM)研究了树枝状大分子聚L-丙交酯-dendron-聚乙二醇-den-dron-聚L-丙交酯在蛋白酶K作用下的降解性能。对具有相同接枝数、不同聚酯相对分子质量以及相同聚酯相对分子质量、不同接枝数的树枝状大分子的酶降解进行了实验研究,结果表明:接枝数以及聚酯相对分子质量对树枝状大分子的降解有明显影响,树枝状大分子的降解速率随着接枝数的增多和聚酯相对分子质量的增大而加快,其中聚酯相对分子质量为降解速率的主要影响因素。 The degradation of dendritic poly (L-lactide)-dendron-poly (ethylene glycol)-dendron-poly (L-lactide) by proteinase K was studied by quartz crystal microbalance (QCM). This paper investigated the enzymatic degradation behaviors of dendrimers with the same grafted numbers but different molecular mass of polyesters, and with the same molecular mass of polyesters but different grafted numbers. The experimental results show that the grafted numbers and the molecular mass of polyesters have notable effects on the degradation of dendrimers. The degradation rate of dendrimers is accelerated with the increase of grafted numbers and the molecular mass of polyesters, and the molecular mass of polyesters plays a leading role.
