摘要
文章根据工况计算三段式芯棒各段长度,并针对三段式芯棒和一段式可掉头芯棒在使用过程中,同样工艺环境下分析他们的使用寿命、钢管质量、连轧机工艺参数以及成本对比,最终确定三段式芯棒在本套机组使用的合理性。
The original mandrel that could be turned about is replaced by three - segment mandrel to reduce the pro- duction costs. The lengths of each segment for three - segment mandrel are calculated based on the working conditions. Mo- reover, the rationality of using three - segment mandrel in this unit is determined eventually by analyzing the service life of the above two types of mandrel, tube quality, process parameters of tandem mill and cost comparison in the same process environment during the using process of them.
