摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌患者生命质量与希望水平、应对方式的相关性。方法采用FACT-B(Functional As-sessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast,4.0版)生命质量量表、Heath希望量表(Herth Hope Index,HHI)和医学应对问卷(Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire,MCMQ)对224例住院乳腺癌患者进行问卷调查,调查内容包括:患者的一般人口学资料、生命质量、希望水平和应对方式,用SPSS17.0统计软件和描述性、t检验、单因素方差分析、相关性统计方法对患者生命质量与希望水平、应对方式进行分析。结果乳腺癌患者的生命质量总分为(85.19±13.86)分,处于中等至高等水平;生命质量总体与希望水平总体及其三个维度都呈正相关(r=0.470、0.498、0.262、0.481,P<0.01);生命质量总体与"面对"应对方式和"回避"应对方式成正相关(r=0.299、0.236,P<0.01),与"屈服"应对方式成负相关(r=-0.607,P<0.01)。结论希望水平和应对方式是影响乳腺癌患者生命质量的重要心理行为因素。提高乳腺癌患者的希望水平和采取积极的应对方式对改善其生命质量有正向促进作用。
Objective To explore the relationship between the quality of life and hope, coping style in patients with breast caner. Methods Totally, 224 breast cancer patients were enrolled in the study and investigated with the general information questionnaire, Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy- Breast （FACT- B, V4.0）, Herth Hope Index （HHI） and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire（MCMQ）. The investigation items included the demographic data, the quality of life, the hope level and coping style of the patients. The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0. Results The total score of the quality of life among breast cancer patients was （85.19 ＋ 13.86）, which was at the middle to high level. The overall level of hope and its three dimen- sions were positively correlated with the overall quality of life （ r = 0. 470,0. 498,0. 262, and 0. 481, respectively, all P〈0.01） . The overall quality of life was positively correlated with the coping style of ＂to face＂ approach and ＂to avoid＂ approach （ r = 0. 299, and 0. 236, respectively, both P〈0.01）, while it was negatiyely correlated with ＂to yield＂ approach （ r = - 0. 607, P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The hope level and coping style are important psychological behavior factors affecting the quality of life of the breast cancer patients. Raising the hope level and advocating a positive response strategy play active roles in improving their quality of life.
