摘要
为满足实验室机器人对小模数直齿锥齿轮的需求,研究了基于电火花线切割机床加工直齿锥齿轮的方法。设计了专用夹具,在保证精度的前提下拓宽其通用性,开发了专用的数控分度系统,实现其在加工过程中的精确分度,并分析了加工误差。
In order to meet the needs of using straight bevel gear in laboratory robot, a new pro-cessing method was introduced. The precious fixture was designed on WEDM, developed a dedicated numerical indexing system to achieve precise indexing, and analyzed the processing error.
