摘要
随着我国经济结构调整步伐加快,高等教育的结构性矛盾日益凸显,人才市场呈现人才过剩和结构性短缺并存。阐述了人才培养结构与经济结构调整相适应的现实意义,分析了二者的相互关系,并从人才培养的层级结构、类型结构、学科专业结构、能力素质结构等因素进行了剖析。
With the development of economic structure adjustment, the structural contradictions of Higher Education has become increasingly prominent. This paper describes the significance of the adaption between the talent cultivation structure and economic structure adjustment, and analyzes the relationship between them from the structure of level, type, discipline and quality of talent cultivation.
