摘要
城镇化是中国现代化的大战略。中国的城镇化过程,实质上是破解城乡二元结构和促进城乡一体化发展的过程,有其复杂的特殊性。特色成为中国城镇化的根本要求。新型城镇化战略作为中国特色城镇化的现实选择,蕴含着三大价值取向。小城镇建设是新型城镇化建设的题中之义,小城镇的新崛起将成为新型城镇化的战略推手。要推进小城镇的健康发展,使小城镇与大中小城市和新型农村社区协调发展、互促互动。
Urbanization is a grand strategy of China＇s modernization. Ckina＇s urbanization process, which in essence is a crack of urban-rural dual structure and to promote urban-rural integration, has its complicated partietflarity. Characteristics become a funda- mental requirement of China＇s urbanization. As the reality of urbanization with Chinese characteristics, the new urbanization strategy contains three value orientations. The construction of small towns is the meaning of the title of the new urbanization, and the rise of small towns will become an accelerator of the new urbanization strategy. To promote sound development of small towns will bring about the coordinated development and interaction among towns, cities and new type rural communities.
