摘要
城乡一体的社会保障体系是构建和谐社会的重要一环。以福建省为例,从养老保险、医疗保险、最低生活保障以及社会救济和社会福利等方面对城乡社会保障服务的差距进行分析,剖析其成因,并据此提出符合福建省城乡社会保障服务均等化的路径。
Integration of urban and rural social security system is an important part of harmonious society. This paper takes Fujian Province as an example, measuring the gap between urban and rural social security services from the system of old-age insurance, medical insurance system, the minimum living security system, social relief and social welfare system. Accordingly the causes of the gap between the urban and rural social security services are explored. Meanwhile the path to equalize the urban and rural social se- curity services in Fujian Province is proposed.
