摘要
鞋子的内部清洗问题困扰人们由来已久,一台功能全面的洗鞋机是具有市场前景的。内部空间狭小、形状与尺寸的多样性、固定方式等五大难点成为了急需解决的技术瓶颈。针对这些技术难题,各国工程师设计出了无仿形类、半仿形类、仿形刷以及水流冲击等四大类洗鞋方式。综合看来,水流冲击以及仿形刷较有优势。未来,改进型的水流冲击、超声波、塑形刷等将成为新的研发方向。
Cleaning inside the shoes troubles people for a long time. There are five main problems for designers: the narrow internal space, the diversity of shapes and sizes, the way to fix the shoes and so on. Nowadays, engineers from all over the world has design non-profiling brush, semi-profiling brush, full-profiling brush and water flow impact. Comprehensive view, the full-profiling brush as well as water flow impact are more advantaged. In the future, advanced water flow impact,supersonic wave and ultrasonic shaping brush will be the direction of research and development.
