球孢白僵菌Bb051230菌株对番石榴实蝇的毒力测定 被引量:1

摘要 利用球孢白僵菌Bb051230菌株不同孢子液浓度对番石榴实蝇成虫、幼虫和蛹进行毒力测定,结果表明:在4.0×108个/mL浓度下第8天成虫的累计校正死亡率为(89.66±5.34)%,致死中时间(LT50)(4.53±0.31)d,第8天的致死中浓度(LC50)为(2.687 2±0.325 8)×105个/mL;4.0×108个/mL浓度下第8天幼虫的累计校正死亡率为(91.83±4.02)%,致死中时间(LT50)(4.66±0.59)d,第8天的致死中浓度(LC50)为(2.329 7±0.418 5)×105个/mL;4.0×108个/mL浓度下第8天蛹的累计校正死亡率为(83.79±2.27)%,致死中时间(LT50)(4.89±0.44)d,第8天的致死中浓度(LC50)为(2.829 1±0.156 3)×105个/mL. The activity of Beauveryia bassian Bb051230 to larvae, pupae and adult of Bactrocera correcta (Bezzi) has been assayed in laboratory. The results show that when the concentration of conidia is 4.0 ×10^8 spores · mL^-1 , LTao of adult reached to (4.53±0.31) d, the mortality rate is (89.66±5.34) % and LCso is (2. 687 2±0. 325 8)X10^5 spores· mL^-1LTs0 of larvae reached to (4.66±0.59) d, the mortality rate is (91.83±4.02)M and LC50 is (2. 329 7±0. 418 5)K10^5 spores· mL^-1; LT50 of pupae reached to (4.89± 0.44) d, the mortality rate is (83.79±2.27) % and LC50 was (2. 829 14±0. 156 3) ×10^5 spores · mL^-1.
