摘要
针对小型海水淡化装置对动力设备的特殊要求,设计了一种新型手动高压节能泵。该手动高压泵充分利用能量回收原理和杠杆原理,能量回收率为83.3%。在正常工作时,手动操作压力为117 N,为同规格未利用能量回收系统手动泵的29.4%。
Considering the specific requirements of the sea water desalinating unit on the power equipment, a new style high pres- sure energy-saving hand pump is designed on the basis of energy recovery principle and lever principle, by which energy recovery rate is 83.3 %. During its regular work, the manual operation pressure is 117 N, which is 29.4 % of pressure value of the same cate- gory which does not use the energy recovery system.
