摘要
该文设计出调理剂结合絮凝剂的双元投加工艺以提高污泥在冬季低温条件下的脱水性能,模拟剩余污泥进行机械浓缩和压滤脱水过程,结果表明双元投加工艺可有效提高污泥的动态滤水速率,提高压滤过程固体回收率及泥饼含固率。当调理剂/絮凝剂的最佳投配率比例为1 kg∶5 kg/tDS,调理剂与污泥反应时间为45 min时,污泥的浓缩和脱水效果比反应时间15 s好。在A/O工艺的市政污水处理厂进行冬季生产性试验,双元投加工艺能明显提高污泥滤水速率,可将带式浓缩脱水一体机的最大污泥处理能力提高20%。
The dual dosing processes comprised of conditioners and flocculants was designed to improve sludge dewaterability in winter low temperature times. The simulation was applied to the mechanical thickening and pressing processes for excess sludge. The results show the dual dosing processes is effective in improving dynamic filtration efficiency, increasing the solid recovery rate and sludge cake containing solid ratio during pressing process. The dual dosing processes optimization experiment show when the best dosage ratio of dual dosing processes is 1 kg:5 kg/tDS, 45 min's reaction time of sludge and conditioners has better effect than 15 s' on sludge thickening and dewatering performance. The production test was conducted in an A/O processes municipal sewage plant. The results indicate that the dual dosing processes can obviously increase filtration rate and improve the most operation capacity of belt press by 20 %.
