摘要
人为因素、制度因素和技术因素是影响数字化图书馆数据安全的主要因素。应立足计算机技术发展态势强化数据安全意识,立足人本管理完善数据安全制度,立足突发状况不断提高数据安全技术,以维护读者合法权益、发挥数字化图书馆服务功能和促进数字化图书馆科学发展,促进数字化图书馆实现其社会价值。
Human factors, institutional factors and technical factors play important roles in affecting the data security of digital library. The awareness of data security should be strengthened based on the development of computer technology, the system of data security needs be perfected based on humanistic management, and the technology of data security should be improved based on emergency situations. All these can protect the readers＇ legal rights, develop the service functions of digital library, and promote its development and realize its social values.
