摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法:将80例颈性眩晕患者随机分为两组,对照组口服氟桂利嗪胶囊,治疗组在对照组基础上,另服自拟益气补髓汤加减。两组均连用2周后判断疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为93%,对照组为78%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗颈性眩晕疗效显著。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of the integrative medicine on treating cervicogenic vertigo. Methods： 80 patients of cervicogenic vertigo were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was orally given Flunarizine, while the treated group was given self-madeiqi Busui decoction. After 2 week treatment, the efficacies in the two groups were investigated. Results： The total effective rate in the treated group was 93%, significantly differenct from that in the control group 78% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrated medicine was significantly effective on treating cervicogenic vertigo.
