摘要
目的:探讨中医治疗过敏性紫癜的有效方法。方法:介绍丁樱教授运用祛邪安络法诊治小儿过敏性紫癜的经验,并附医案一则,辅以佐证。结果:丁樱教授运用祛邪安络法治疗过敏性紫癜,皮肤紫癜及关节痛症状消失明显。结论:祛邪安络法是治疗以风热、瘀血为主证的小儿过敏性紫癜有效方法。
Objective： To investigate the effective method of treating anaphylactoid purpura with TCM treatment. Methods： To introduce the experiences of professor D1NG Ying on eliminating pathogenic factors with Quxie Anluo method, and a medical record was attached as evidence. Results： Professor DING Ying applied Quxie Anluo method to treat anaphylactoid purpura, and the symptoms of skin purpura and joint pains disappeared obviously. Conclusion： Quxie Anluo method was effective in treating anaphylactoid purpura, with the main symptoms wind-heat and haemostasis.
