摘要
随着中日经济交流的深化,日企在我国的不断发展,日企对人才的要求也呈不断上升的趋势。过去单一的以语言、文化为主的日语型人才已不能满足需求。培养应用型商务日语人才,成了现今职业日语教育的主要任务。商务日语教学应使学生在掌握基础日语的同时,导入和加强日企经营理念,培养在日企工作必备的职业技能,让学生更快更好地适应日本企业运行模式。
With deepened economic exchange between China and Japan and accelerated development of Japa nese enterprises in China, the requirements for Japanese talents are becoming increasingly high. Language or culture oriented Japanese majors can no longer meet the needs. Instead, cultivation of business applica- tion oriented Japanese majors stands out to be the main task in Japanese vocational education. In business Japanese teaching, students should not only be taught Japanese, but also be further introduced to manage- ment concept of Japanese enterprises. What is more, they should be trained for the basic working skills in Japanese enterprises. Only in the above ways can Japanese majors better adapt to the operation models of Japanese enterprises.
