摘要
目的探讨音乐疗法对肝动脉化疗栓塞患者不良反应的影响。方法采用随机数字表将100例肝动脉化疗栓塞患者分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施音乐疗法,比较两组患者焦虑评分和术中血压、心率、疼痛程度及恶心呕吐发生情况。结果观察组患者焦虑评分和术中血压及心率、疼痛程度、恶心呕吐发生率均低于对照组。结论音乐疗法能有效降低肝动脉化疗栓塞患者的不良反应。
Objective To study the effect of music therapy on adverse reaction for patients receiving transcatheter arteri- al chemoembolization.Method Divide 100 cases of patients receiving transcatheter arterial chemoembolization into observa- tion group and control group equally by random number table. Patients in control group receive routine nursing care. Pa- tients in observation group receive music therapy based on routine care. Compare the anxiety score, blood pressure and heart rate during operation, pain level, nausea and vomiting between two groups. Result Anxiety score, blood pressure and heart rate during operation, pain level, incidence of nausea and vomiting are lower in Observation group than in control group. Conclusion Music therapy can reduce the rate of adverse reaction for patients receiving transcatheter arterial chemo- embolization.
