摘要
对水中阴离子表面活性剂的测定方法做了一些改进,只需要一次萃取,即向样品中一次性加入亚甲蓝10 mL及三氯甲烷10 mL,激烈振摇1 min,静置分层,然后再测其吸光度。结果表明,改进的方法,它与国标方法的线性回归无显著性差异(t=0.912,P>0.05),具有简便良好的准确度和精密度,简化了操作步骤,提高了工作效率。
The methods on determining anionic surface active agent are discussed and improved using the improved method and objective method to determine the known sample and self-made sample respective- ly,the linear regression of the project has no distinct difference with GB/T 7494-1987,the improved method is that to the experimental sample once join methylene blue 10 mL and chloroform 10 mL, intense vibration wave 1 min, stewing stratification, and then test its absorbance. The result showed that the improved method which is convenient for satisfactory accuracy and precision, the steps are simplified and the efficiencv is imvroved.
