摘要 白介素27（Interleukin-27,IL-27）是2002年Pflanz等发现并命名的一种新型IL-12家族细胞因子,对不同类型免疫细胞具有重要调控作用。早期认为IL-27在Th1细胞免疫应答中发挥作用,随着研究的不断深入,发现IL-27不仅对Th1、Th2和Th17亚群具有广泛调节作用,
