摘要
目前林产品企业之间基于供应链管理的协作体系日益受到重视。针对林产品供应链管理中的协同运输问题,开展成本分配模式研究。通过研究供应链中各种不同的利益分配模式,每种分配模式的经济模型、特点及其适用范围,在充分调研的基础上,基于经济模型的应用,考查了多种利益分配模式,从成本分配的角度对多家林产品企业间的木材流动链进行整合,构建了一种新的成本分摊模式。通过此方法能使得多家林产品企业间相对成本减少的差异最小化,从而尽可能的在多家林产品企业间实现相对平等的利润。本研究及验证所得的成本分摊模型为林产品企业间协同运输的开展及协同方式的选择提供了有力的理论依据。
At present, more attention has been put on the collaboration system among forestry product enterprises based on supply chain management. The research on the cost allocation mode is conducted and focused on the collaborative transportation problem in supply chain management of forestry product. Through the researches on many profit-allocating modes in supply chain, the economic models of every allocation mode and the feature and applicable environment, on the basis of sufficient researches and the application of economic model, many kinds of profit-allocating modes were inspected. The wood flow chain among many forestry product enterprises has been integrated from the perspective of cost allocation; a new cost allocation mode was formulated. This method makes the differences of relative cost reduction among many forestry product enterprises minimized; therefore the relative fair profit wais realized among many forestry product enterprises. The cost allocation model got from research and verification provide a strong theory evidence for the development of collaborative transportation and selection of collaborative mode among forestry product enterprises.
