牛头山黄土隧道的施工安全评价

摘要 为了研究牛头山黄土隧道施工过程的安全性,借助于ANSYS软件和强度折减法,采用上下台阶法,对牛头山黄土隧道的施工过程进行了数值仿真,得出了该黄土隧道的施工安全系数,分析了施工过程中围岩的塑性区分布.结果表明该黄土隧道的围岩塑性区主要分布在隧道曲墙两侧附近,施工安全系数为1.873,符合工程质量要求,从而定量评价了牛头山黄土隧道的施工安全性,为保证牛头山黄土隧道的正常施工提供了参考. In order to study the safety of the construction process about loess tunnel in Niutou hill, with the AN- SYS software and the shear strength reduction method, using the up and down step method, the construction process of the loess tunnel in Niutou hill is simulated, and the construction safety factor to the loess tunnel is ob- tained and the plastic zone of the soil surrounding tunnel is analyzed in the construction process. The result shows that the plastic zone of the loess tunnel is mainly located at both sides of the curved wall of the tunnel, and the construction safety factor is 1. 873, which meets with the project quality requirements. Thus the construction safety of loess tunnel in Niutou hill is evaluated quantitatively , and a reference is provided for normal construc-tion of loess tunnel in Niutou hill.
