摘要
本文从创新品质、大学生创新品质的形成和发展、大学生创新品质的培养三个方面探讨大学生创新品质的培养。创新品质由创新能力、创新意识和创新精神三方面组成 ;大学生创新品质的形成发展受生理、心理和社会网络多方面因素影响 ;大学生创新品质的培养必须遵循其固有规律 ,并采取多种形式和途径。
This article discusses the appropriate mechanisms for bringing out the innovative quality in college students,and is divided into the following three parts:Part One,the innovative quality,which includes the innovative ability,an awareness of innovation and the innovative spirit;Part Two,the development of the innovative quality in college students,which is affected by numerous factors including physiological,psychological and social ones;and Part Three,in developing the innovative quality in college students,there are certain intrinsic laws to obey,and in the process,various forms must necessarily be adopted and different ways sought.
