摘要
分析了鞍钢鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司转炉煤气回收量低的主要原因是煤气回收时间短和烟气流量小。从程序控制、操作制度、仪表校准、设备参数调整等方面制定了控制措施,措施实施后,煤气回收量由不足75 m3/t提高到102.7 m3/t。
Main reasons Steel Subsidiary Company of leading Angang to low amount of recycling converter gas in Bayuquan Iron ＆ Steel Co., Ltd, are analyzed. It is concluded that these rea- sons include less time for recycling and low flow of converter gas. So such countermeasures as es- tablishing the programmed control, setting the operation system, carrying out the instrument cali- bration and adjusting the parameters for equipment are taken. The amount of recycling converter gas is increased from less than 75 m3/t to 102.7 m3/t after these countermeasures are put into oper- ation.
