摘要
目的探讨新生儿抢救车在NICU发生火灾时,转运疏散患儿的使用效果。方法将患儿分成徒手转运组和新生儿抢救车转运组,分别举行了三次火灾转运演习,对两组转运患儿的时间、可靠性及转运效率进行对比。结果新生儿抢救车运转患儿所花的时间、可靠性及转运效率存在显著差异,新生儿抢救车运转组所花时间减少84%,可靠性提高33%,效率提高12倍。结论使用新生儿抢救车在火灾中运转患儿更可靠、更安全、效率更高,是临床在火灾中转运患儿的有效工具,能在关键时刻起决定性作用,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore clinical value of Neonatal rescue vehicle in NICU fire. Methods Conduc- ted six times fire drill, the first three times to transport children by hand, the other three times to transport children with neonatal rescue vehicle, then compare the time, reliability and efficiency in these transport. Results Transpor- ting children with neonatal rescue vehicle, Time reduced by 84% , Reliability is increased by 33% , efficiency im- proved of 12 times. Conclusion With the advantage of less time, more reliability and more efficiency, transporting children with neonatal rescue vehicle is an effective and save tool, and thus man by widely use in NICU fire.
