摘要
按照国家标准GB/T 9978-2008对某保温砌块墙进行了耐火试验,得到不同情况下墙体背火面温度及墙体内部保温板温度。结果表明:在两种安装方式下,保温砌块隔热性和完整性均满足标准要求;试验1的砌块内部温度和背火面温度均高于试验II。因此,该砌块在应用于高层、超高层建筑时,宜让保温层远离受火面(即按照试验II设置),可有效推迟保温层的燃烧时间,使墙体表现出更好的耐火性能。
The fire resistance test of the wall of the insulation ex terior materials in accordance with national standards GB/T 9978--2008 was done to get the temperature of back surface of wall and the inner temperature of wall in fire under different condition. The results showed that: The heat insulating prop- erty and integrity of insulation materials could fit the require- ment of the Code. The temperature of back surface and the in- ner temperature of insulation materials in experiment I was higher than that in experiment II. The insulation layer should be far from the fire when installing the building blocks at high- rise building, like experiment II, to delay the combustion of in- sulation layer and get better fire resistance of wall.
