摘要
以自燃性物质活性炭粉为研究对象,利用物质自燃特性参数测试装置,在实验室条件下模拟其氧化蓄热过程,研究分析经不同氧化程度处理的活性炭的自燃点变化规律,得到了同温度不同时间恒温热处理以及同时间不同温度热处理后的活性炭粉的自燃点变化及升温速率变化。
Take activated carbon as example, using test device of spontaneous combustion parameters, the oxidation regenerative process was simulated in laboratory, variation of spontaneous combustion point of activated carbon with different oxidation degree was analyzed, variation of spontaneous combustion point and heating rate of activated carbon were obtained in the condi- tion of thermostatic heat treatment at different time under the same temperature and at different temperature under the same time.
