摘要
炎性机制在卒中的发生及病理生理过程中起重要作用。卒中的炎性生化标志物可为临床医师提供关于卒中诊断、预后和治疗相关的信息。目前,国内外对卒中炎性生化标志物的研究越来越多,本文主要对卒中相关炎性生化标志物的种类及其作用做一综述。
Inflammation and inflammatory biomarkers play an important role in stroke. Many studies implicate inflammation in stroke diagnosis, prognosis and treatment, and could give clinical physicians important information. We review the kind and the role of inflammatory biomarkers in diagnosis, risk stratification, prognosis and treatment in stroke.
