摘要
在固定床反应器中用自制的新型树脂型催化剂催化水解蔗糖溶液来制备果葡糖浆溶液。考察了影响蔗糖水解来制备果葡糖浆的三个因素:反应温度、停留时间、蔗糖溶液的浓度。结果表明:在催化剂床层填充高度为0.3m,温度为70℃,保留时间为3.87h,蔗糖浓度为50%的条件下果葡糖浆的得率最高,为99.41%。且果葡糖浆清澈透明、色泽金黄,无需除杂、脱色工艺。
Hydrolyzing of sucrose solution catalysed by new cation resin in catalyst bed reactor was studied. Three effects of sucrose solution on hydrolyzation rate were investigated including reaction temperature, hold time and the concentration of sucrose solution. It was shown that at catalyst filling height of 0.3m temperature of 70℃, hold time of 3.87h and the sucrose concentration of 50% the hydrolyzation rate of sucrose solution was 99.34%, fructose corn syrup yield was 98.2%. Besides, fructose corn syrup was clear, whose colour and lustre was golden, moreover, dis- pense with removing and decoloring process.
