摘要
随着生活水平的提高,养生成为居民生活的热点,保健食品作为我国传统的食疗文化继承的食品备受居民青睐。虽然保健食品目前已经形成比较规范的产业,但是在保健食品的生产、研发、经营等方面存在诸多问题,使得保健食品处于严重的信任危机边缘。本文分析了我国保健食品的发展现状及存在的问题,并对保健食品的监管提出建议。
With the improvement of living standards, people are focus on preserving their health, especially the health-care food as traditional dietetic therapy. At the present, although the health-care food industry is a standard business, there are a lot of questions in production, researching and market of the health-care food. The problem has caused the serious crisis of confidence. The essay analysis the development and the question of the health-care food, and give suggestion to the health-care food supervision.
