摘要
冬季飞机蒙皮喷漆时容易出现各种喷漆缺陷。本文结合施工要求、漆料特性和我们在实际施工中形成的经验,分析了漆料选用、蒙皮表面处理、漆料的温度等方面对喷漆质量的影响,总结归纳了飞机在冬季低温时进行蒙皮漆层喷涂的操作方法。
Painting on aircraft skin appears defects during winter time. Combining the process requirements, material characteristics and practical experience, this article analyzes the factors which may affect the coating quality such as paint selection, skin surface handling process and temperature of the material. This sums up the painting method for aircraft skin coating at low temperature in winter.
