摘要
利用代铂坩埚炉制备超细玻璃纤维,通过坩埚的合理设计和生产工艺的控制及合适后道加工的浸润剂的选择,成功实现超细玻璃纤维的中试产业化,同时降低了超细玻璃纤维的断头率,提高了整饼率。
Superfine glass fibers were produced using platinum-substitute crucibles. By means of reasonable ble design, process control and right selection of sizing agent, successful pilot production of superfine glass was achieved, while the fiber breakage rate was reduced and full cake rate increased. eruei- fibers
