摘要
铝阳极氧化着色膜随电解着色时间不同而呈现黄色膜和黑色膜。用电子显微分析法和光电子能谱法来检测氧化膜中不同深处的成份。
The electrical micro probe method and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy method are used for the study of chemical components iu aluminum anodizing films,The colour of aluminum anodizing films changes to yellow or black depending on the processing of electrolytic colouring.
