摘要
本文通过对 CPM(CriticaI Path Method,关键路径法)的修正,解决了在工序的持续时间既不连续,又非准连续的情况下,如何直接用 CPM 进行各时间参数计算的问题.
By revising the Critical Path Method,the writer in this paper solved the Problem of how to calculate various time Parameters directly by using CPM,when the continued time of working procedure is neither continuous nor close-to-continuous
