摘要
多路激光装置同步系统包括精密同步机和数字同步机两种单元技术 ,它们具有四路延时脉冲 ( A、B、C、D)和一路标准时钟脉冲 ( T0 )输出。精密同步机 :延时同步精度为 1 0 ps,最大触发晃动小于 1 0 ps,延时范围 2 0 0 ns;数字同步机 :延时同步精度为 5ps,最大触发晃动小于 2 0 0 ps,延时范围 1 0 ms。
This paper is to describe the precision delay pulse generator and digital delay pulse generator which will be used in the prototype of laser system. There are four independent delay channels output and a standard timing pulse output from the precision delay pulse generator, the delay resolution is 10ps, delay range is 200ns, the trigger jitter is less than 10ps. There are four independent delay channels output and a standard timing pulse output from the digital delay pulse generator, the delay resolution is 5ps, delay range is 10ms, the trigger jitter is less than 200ps.
