摘要
两点论和重点论是唯物辩证法的主要内容,对我们科学、全面、准确地认识问题和处理事务有重要的价值。在工作中,辅导员应学会运用两点论和重点论,做到奖惩并用,以奖为主;点面结合,以点带面;言传和身教相结合,身教胜于言传;辅导员管理和学生自我管理相结合,旨在实现自我管理。深谙辩证法,善于运用两点论和重点论的辅导员才能做到工作不疏漏,办事有重点,收放自如,高效轻松。
The theory of Two - Point and Key- Point is the main content of the materialist dialectics. This theory is very useful to help us understand problems and deal with affairs scientifically, completely and accurately. At work, the counselor should learn to use the theory of Two-Point and Key- Point, the counselor should use both rewards and punishments, but give priority to award; the counselor should integrate both point and area, and the fan out from point to area; teach by precept and example, but example is better than precept; the counselor should comgine the management and students＂ self-manage ment, aiming to achieve self-management. The counselors who can understand dialectics and is good at using the theory of Two-Point and Key- Point will do well and have no omissions, handle affairs with a key, stop and dash in a flexible way and work with high efficiency.
