摘要
以带有荧光标记的SpectrumOrange dUTP作为材料 ,应用荧光PCR技术诊断男性精子发生障碍患者外周血DNA中的DAZ基因 ,证实DAZ基因Sy2 5 4片段的缺失与无精症和少精症存在联系 ,为运用分子技术诊断DAZ基因异常等男性不育疾病提供了一种新的方法。该方法可用于临床检测 ,稳定可靠 ,对实验人员更为安全。
DAZ gene in oligospermia and azoospermia was detected by Fluorescent PCR with fluorescence labeled SpectrumOrange dUTP and the pare of primers of sY254 of DAZ gene and good result was got.It was suggested that this method can be used in clinic for its low harm to the researches and the believable and stable result.
