摘要
技术转移网络的整体结构、个体特征,以及群体成员之间的联系,对该网络的持续发展具有重要的影响。基于社会网络分析的视角,利用实证数据来研究电动汽车技术转移网络的属性特征,以及由于网络属性特征所形成的社会资本。首先识别出某个时间段的电动汽车技术转移组织和节点,据此利用UCINET分析软件构建了电动汽车技术转移网络,并从网络个体属性和网络整体属性两个层面,对电动汽车技术转移网络进行分析。具体包括基于中心性和中介性的网络个体属性分析,基于小世界效应和小团体的网络整体属性分析。通过研究,得出电动汽车技术转移网络的结构,并进一步判断转移网络中的意见领袖及其存在的社会资本,从而为电动汽车技术转移网络的管理与促进提供一定的依据。
The overall structure,individual characteristics,and the links among group members of technology transfer network have an important influence on the sustainable development of the network.Based on social network analysis approach,an empirical study on the structure of Electric Vehicle Technology Transfer Network（EVTTN）and social capital which arises from its characteristics is conducted.First,the nodes which represent the organizations involved in the technology transferring are identified,based on which the EVTTN at a certain time is constructed.Moreover,the structure of the network from the overall network structure（focusing on small world effect and small group）and individual attributes（focusing on central degree and the intermediary） are analyzed.Besides that,leading opinion and social capital among the network are judged,in order to provide a basis for the government management of the technology transfer market and the improvement of the robustness of the network.
