摘要
由熟地黄、女贞子、淫羊藿等九味药组成的中药复方制剂。采用薄层色谱法对制剂中熟地黄、女贞子进行定性鉴别 ,采用HPLC法对淫羊藿甙进行含量测定 ,方法简便 ,专属性强、重现性好 ,可作为该制剂的质量控制标准。
Complex traditional Chinese medicine consists of 9 medicinal materials which include Fructus Ligustri lucidi, Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata and Herbra Epimedi ect TLC method is used to indentify the nature of Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata and Fructus Ligustri Lucidi The Herbra Epimedi is determined by HPLC This method is simple and accurate So can be used as the quality control of this preparation
