钠化钒渣浸出液中 S^(2-)的存在不仅影响 V_2O_5的回收率,而且使得回收 V_2O_5的后续工序实际无法进行,为此,我们拟用廉价的 O_2或空气作氧化剂,氧化除去S^(2-)。我们模拟渣浸出液中低价硫的实际状况,通过实验着重考察了高碱度、常压条件下,用 O_2氧化低价硫的可能性。本文报导了用 O_2氧化低价硫的研究结果.
The presence of sulphion in the maceration extract alkalify vanadium slag not only affects the recovery per cent of divanadium pentaoxide,but also makes the following process of recovery impossible,Therefore,we study the sulphion removal with cheap oxygen or air as an oxidant. The possibility of the oxidation of the low valence sulphion in the mac- eration extract of slag by oxygen has been investigated simulatedly and exper- imentally in the high basicity and under ordinary pressure.The results of the oxidation of the low valence sulphion by xoygen have been reported in this paper.
