摘要
考虑身体不便的介助·介护老年人户外活动的特点和需求,是实现居住区户外活动空间可持续利用的必要前提。该文选取北京市2000年后建成的四个有代表性的居住小区进行实地调研,以介助、介护老年人为主要研究对象,对春、夏、秋、冬四个季节老年人户外活动的内容、发生的时间段、活动的形式、场所的选择、老人的移动方式及介护人员的参与等进行了全天的观察调查,分析归纳出介助、介护老年人户外活动的行为特征与空间需求。在此基础上,提出介助、介护老年人户外活动空间设计的建议。
Considering the characteristics and needs of outdoor activities of the device-aided elderly and the nursing-cared elderly is the prerequisite for sustainable utilization of outdoors in residential community. We carried out on investigation in four typical residential communities in Beijing which were built after the year 2000, and selected the device-aided elderly and the nursing-cared elderly as the main object of study. Through all-day observation, this investigation includes content of outdoor activities, periods of time, site selection, mode of moving, participation of nursing, which is during spring, summer, autumn and winter. Therefore, we analyzed and summarized the unique behavioral features and space requirements of the device-aided and the nursing-cared elderly, and made some suggestions on the design of activity space of the device- aided elderly and the nursing-cared elderly.
