摘要
目的调查留置输尿管支架管患者出院后的情况，探讨出院后护理干预对促进患者康复的有效性。方法对80例留置支架管出院的患者进行电话随访，并根据具体情况向患者进行健康宣教及提供自我管理教育，于患者回院拔管时进行问卷调查。结果患者接受健康宣教后在饮食习惯、心理放松、运动锻炼、并发症处理等方面的治疗依从性明显提高。带管出院患者接受教育后不良反应改善效果显著，尿频尿急、排尿疼痛减轻俨〈0．01），血尿、泌尿系感染及2种或以上泌尿系症状减少（P〈0．05）。结论对患者实施电话随访，延续健康教育，有助于提供相关的留置输尿管导管知识，指导其正确的处理不适的方法，可使刺激反应减少到最低程度，提高患者的舒适度。
Objective To investigate the situations of discharged patients with indwelling ureteral catheters, and to evaluate the effects of nursing intervention upon rehabilitation of patients. Methods A telephone survey was executing to 80 patients after their discharge from hospital, and a questionnaire survey was conducted when the patients were back to extubation. The self-management educations were implemented to the patients according to the specific conditions. Results The most common symptoms were frequent micturition, urgency of urination, lumbago, pain on urination and hematuria after indwelling ureteral catheters. After receiving health education, the patients＇ acceptance service increased greatly in eating habits, psychological relax, physical exercise and complication treatment, etc. Conclusion By conducting the telephone interview and lasting health education, we can provide the patients with related knowledge on indwelling ure.teral catheters and guide them the proper treatment methods to the discomfort. And it can reduce the stimulative reactions to the lowest degree and increase the comfortable degree of patients.
