摘要
行为经济学是结合心理学与实验方法的西方经济学新流派,对于人们诸多非理性行为具有独到的解释。公共管理者如同私人部门的管理者一样,特殊心理机制会极大程度影响个人的行为。其中"自负"在高层公共管理者之间普遍存在。公共管理者自负表现及成因研究具有迫切的现实需求,而行为经济学则为此提供了可供借鉴的理论方法。
Behavioral economics is a latest school of westeran ecnomics which combined psycology and experimental methods. It gives a profounding analysis and explanation of human irrational bahavior. Public officers are just like the private organization manangers. Their conducts and actions are mainly affected by particular psychology mechinisms. Public officers＇ hubris are prevalent as well as private managers. Hence, it has an urgnet real demand to use theroies of behavioral ecnomics to study the performances and courses of public officer＇s hubris.
