摘要
本文通过对东汉及南北朝铸铁样品的化学成份、金相组织和机械性能的测试分析,指出古代铸铁在化学成份上具有“三低两高”的特点,探讨了化学成份和冷却速度对铸铁组织的影响,推测出南北朝可锻铸铁的退火热处理工艺,并揭示了古代铸铁的机械性能指标接近现代水平的特点.
In this paper, the Chinese cast irons in the Eastern Han, the Southern and the Northern Dynasties have been tested and analysed in composition, texture and mechanical function. It has been found that the compostions of the cast iron are composed of 'two low and three high'characteristics and its mechanical function approached contemporary level. Besides, the cast iron texture are examined and the heat treatment crafts of tenacious cast iron in the Southern and Northern Dynasties are proposed.
