摘要
本文是关于常压酸浸高冰镍的动力学研究.实验考察了粒度、温度、硫酸浓度和氯离子浓度对镍浸出速率的影响.结果表明,在硫酸体系中选择性地浸出镍不仅在热力学上是可能的,而且反应速率快,完全能达到一次分离镍铜的目的.本文采用特殊的处理方法,将总镍浸出率R转换为Ni_3S_2中镍浸出率R^(?),从而导出实验条件下的动力学方程式.而浸出过程受通过产物层的固膜扩散控制.
The paper studies and report on a kinetic investigation of leaching nis matte by using acid solution at normal pressure, The influence on extraction rate of nickel of particle size, temperature, sulfuric acid concentration and chlorion concentration were investigated. The results have shown that it is not only possible to leach the nickel in nis matte selectively in sulfuric acid system. but also the reaction velocity is fast. The aim of the separation of nickel and copper once and for all can be achieved completely. Because of the complicacy of the components of nis matte, the ordinary kinetic equation on leaching sulphide concentrate can not be used directly. One characteristic method had to be used, i.e.R, the total extraction rate of nickel was transformer! into R~*, the extraction rate of the nickel in Ni_3S_2 Thus the derived reaction kinetic equation at the experimental conditions is given. The process is controlled by diffusion through the gene-rating solid film.
