摘要
目的观察益气养阴活血法改善糖尿病肾病(DN)患者生存质量的临床疗效。方法将120例DN患者随机分为中药组60例和对照组60例,对照组给予综合治疗措施,中药组加用益气养阴活血中药治疗,疗程2个月,6个月后随访。采用生存质量表(SF-36),分别于治疗前、治疗2个月后及第6个月随访时对患者生理、社会及心理3个领域和总体的生存质量进行调查。结果治疗2个月后,DN患者生理功能、心理精神领域、总体生存质量均得到不同程度改善,且中药组改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.01);第6个月随访时,中药组在生理功能、心理精神领域、总体生存质量改善疗效稳定,优于对照组(P<0.01);此外,中药组在治疗2个月后对社会关系领域亦有一定程度的改善作用,与治疗前比较积分显著降低(P<0.01)。结论益气养阴活血法可以显著改善DN患者的总体生存质量状况,在生理功能及心理精神领域的改善尤为明显。
Objective To observe the curative effect of the therapy of replenishing qi, nourishing yin and activating blood for improving quality of life in patients with diabetic nephropathy （DN）. Methods DN patients （n = 120 ） were randomly divided into Chinese medicinal group and control group （each n = 60）. The control group was treated with comprehensive therapy for 2 months, and Chinese medicinal group was additionally given Chinese medicinal with actions of replenishing qi, nourishing yin and activating blood for 2 months. The patients were followed up after 6 months. The quality of life in 3 fields including physiology, society and psychology was investigated before and 2 months after treatment and during fbllow-up. Results After treatment for 2 months, the physical function, psychological status and total quality of life were improved in varying degrees in DN patients, and more significant in Chinese medicinal group compared with control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. The field of social relations was improved in Chinese medicinal group after treatment tbr 2 months and the integral was significantly decreased than before treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The therapy of replenishing qi, nourishing yin and activating blood can significantly improve the total quality of life especially in the field of physical function and psychology.
