摘要
本课题是采用砷化镓场效应管芯 ,利用集中参数内部匹配的方法 ,用混合集成的方式将两级S波段的放大器集成在一个带微带面封装的管壳内 ,使得两级放大器的体积和重量大为减小。其封装尺寸仅为 2 5× 15× 5mm3 的模块。这对航空航天产品具有重要意义。
With help of GaAs FET core ,by way of in ternal match of integrated parame-lers,two-stage S-band amplifier is intergrated in a tube with micro-band surface mounting,thus,size and weight is greatly redu ced,module with 25×15×5 mm is obtained
